Important: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for pierced ears)
Please choose these items carefully as we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Return & Exchange Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once this is complete.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
